Simple Sunday Fare

Sunday breakfast = coffee and a slice of whole grain toast.

Sunday lunch
= a cup of great northern beans (cooked in the pressure cooker) and a tomato & avocado sandwich.

Sunday dinner = a bowl of fruit, berries, & melon. Watermelon (cut with a melon baller), apple, pear, strawberries, blueberries.
