Linen Stitch Coin Purse from Eskimimi Knits

(photo from and property of Eskimimi Knits)

How excited am I to have found Eskimimi Knits and this super cute Linen Stitch coin purse FREE pattern...and giveaway? Hip, Hip, Hooray! Her site also has photography tutorials, knitting charts, and knitting gift tags to download. Stupendous!

So, the giveaway is for the FRAME of a coin purse (and ends on June 6)...so you can make your own purse using the free pattern or customize a different one to your personal taste.

This little coin purse in the photo above from Eskimimi Knits was made with the FREE pattern on her blog and it was created from yarn dyed with Kool-Aid. I am going to have to put this on my every lengthening list of things to do...

I am sorry that I have not brought to you nearly so many outdoorsy garden posts this year, but truly the weather has not been cooperative for those endeavors. It is 56 degrees as I write this, and rained all day. I wore a sweater today, and the neighbors had a fire in the woodstove this eve. Can't say I wish for super hot days because I grew up where we always had 100+ by now and hating the heat. But the cooler weather has kept me focused on my handicrafts more than my homesteading practices. We'll see what the summer has in store...
